Our next edition of Welle am Sonntag speaks for itself. This all-FLINTA* lineup promises a day in the club that is house-heavy, powerfully dreamy, and vivacious all over. DJ and producer Shanti Celeste, as an embodiment of an elevated state, brings her emotional visions inspired by early Techno pioneers and ethereal House worlds. Sinéad flows with pure, intuitive groove, while gili drives the energy with a deft mix of Acid house, Breaks, and Bass. What else could we wish for a weekend in December?

Shanti Celeste
There is something vivacious at the heart of Shanti Celeste's work, a bounce, a swing, an uplifting lilt.

Her career to date has been characterised by a contemporary, U.K. take on the classic Motor City sound. The expansive, emotional visions of the early Techno pioneers are reflected in Celeste's open take to her craft.

Her approach to production has leant her DJing a breath that has earned her a distinct enthusiasm amongst today's electronic music base.

This freedom is reflected on the platforms she shares her craft through - her regular NTS Radio show, and more recently, her label Peach Discs. These outlets provide Shanti with a place to amplify talent she meets, hears and wants to help along the way.

Dancing, and the music that gets us there, exists to uplift, and in her life and work, Shanti is the embodiment of an elevated state.
Sinéad
Sinéad’s sound is pure intuitive groove – a rush that captures a house-heavy, energetic, and hypnotic beat, bouncing between dreamy femme melodies and saturated basslines.

Rooted in her native San Francisco upbringing and rich Irish/Iranian heritage, Sinéad brings vintage and contemporary selections spanning 2000’s tech flavours from the West Coast, while embracing a breadth of late 90's UK rhythms.

Sinéad is a resident of New York’s public records, a striking relationship that’s forged a series of shows spotlighting female and queer voices in dance music. Europe and Britain have also taken note, with previous tours stopping at Manchester’s The White Hotel, Leeds’ Wire, London’s Fabric, Edinburgh’s Sneaky Petes and Paris’ Djoon amongst others. If it’s mixes, multiple transmissions for NTS Radio and The Lot Radio showcase that feeling best. While evidence of live dancefloor action can be parsed from her set at 2024’s Love International and a mix for Italy’s Polifonic Podcast.

2025 see the continuation of her public records residency, alongside multiple tours of Europe and UK. Undoubtedly, next year will provide a further platform for her to champion the sounds she loves.
gili
Leipzig-based gili is not only a DJ, but above all music lover and collector. Her collection is a reflection of her musical movement between different worlds in Düsseldorf, Halle and Leipzig, which inspired and influenced her. In her driving sets, she curiously brings together the music she loves. One thing is clear: gili's forward-moving club sound between Acid house, Breaks and Bass brings energy to the dancefloor!
